15 Yard Dumpster Weight Limit Notes
- 2 tons (4,000 lbs) of disposal is included, the same as the 10 yard. Anything over is billed at $90 per ton from the disposal scale ticket.
- Light remodel and cleanout debris rarely reaches 2 tons, but a full bin of tile, plaster or wet yard waste can.
- Shingles are accepted with a per-ton shingle fee, and they're heavy. A 15 yard full of shingles can pass 2 tons. For a full house roof, the 20 yard is the size the home page recommends.
- Dirt, concrete and brick go in the 10 yard heavy duty, not the 15.
