Storage container rental is $150 per month. There is a one-time delivery fee of $125 and a pick-up fee of $125. The total due at signing is $400 (delivery + first month rent + pick-up) plus 8.25% sales tax and card processing fees if applicable.

The initial rental term is one calendar month. After the initial term, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with proper notice.

You can store most household items, furniture, boxes, and personal belongings. However, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, toxic substances, perishable food items, living or deceased animals, illegal substances, or items with extraordinary sentimental or monetary value.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pick-up?

No, you do not need to be present for delivery or pick-up. We can complete the service unattended as long as you provide a safe, level, dry, and accessible location for container placement.

What are the delivery requirements?

The delivery area must be at least 30 feet long and 13 feet wide to accommodate safe placement. Delivery requires overhead clearance of at least 16 feet. The location must be safe, level, dry, and accessible.

Can I move the container once it's delivered?

No, you cannot move or relocate the container without prior written approval from I Need Dumpster. The container must remain in the location where it was delivered.

What happens if I need to terminate early?

You can terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. If you terminate within the first month, there is no early termination fee, but prepaid fees are non-refundable.
